The following are a few tips which if followed are sure to keep you beautiful for long.
- For Honey Mask, mix pure honey and yoghurt and a pinch of lemon (if it does not irritate your skin) and apply to face. Leave for about 12 to 15 minutes until dry. Wash with luke warm water and softly dab your face with a towel. Gives you glowing and healthy skin.
- Cold cucumber, potato slices or tea bags provide relief to puffy eyes.
- Tomato juice is a perfect natural cleanser.
- Drink lots of water. Keeping your body well- hydrated helps improve and maintain your skin.
- Olives contain Vitamin E which is very essential for healthy skin.
- In the morning, after washing your face, take a few drops of rose water (kewra) in a piece of cotton and rub gently on face. Leave it to dry on its own. Makes skin smooth.
- Water with salt shrinks pores on skin thus disabling the entry of dirt
and bacteria.
- Yoghurt and peach mixed together is another excellent face mask.
- Drinking milk is important for strong and beautiful nails.
- Mash fresh avocadoes and put it on your face. Makes skin nice and smooth.
- If you put droplets of olive oil on your face before sleeping for 15 days and then
only twice a week, your face will become fairer and clearer. Also removes
black from under the eyes.
